I am pleased to be able to recommend Nueces Construction for remodeling work. We sustained a water leak in a wall of our house that caused extensive damage that included the foundation. John Dossier went to great lengths to examine the damage done and worked on our behalf with the insurance company to get all matters addressed.

We were particularly happy with all of the individuals that Nueces Construction hired to complete the work including foundation repair, plumbing, painting, carpenters and tile work. John set up a schedule for the work to be completed and it was done well and on time. I just wanted to say Thank You for all the hard work that went into restoring my house. I really appreciate the time and effort that you both and the subcontractors put into the job, and I was glad to have daily updates on the progress. Since then, he has helped again on two other occasions and we have nothing but praise for him. Approximately in the year 2004, Nueces Construction Company was selected to build a 630 squarefoot house in our backyard for my mother-in-law. Barbara had the plans and the work began. Both my wife and I were amazed at the speed this little house went up and we observed every piece of wood, metal, concrete and finished work that went into its final and wonderful craftsmanship. I had never observed steel connecting rods from the foundation to the top of the structure before but these were placed all around the outside parameterfor hurricane protection and the roof was equally secured by metal connection. After the instaltation of the insulation in the walls and ceiling, it was amazing how quite it is inside; and any noise you make inside can,t be heard from the outside. The interior is very well done and a very comfortable little home for one or even two people.

I would recommend John, the owner of Nueces Construction, to anyone if they are looking for quality workmanship and peace of mind after the work is completed.

In October of 2006, we hired Nueces Construction to remove all of our windows and replace them with Bryn Mawr II windows. The price was reasonable, the work was done effectively, the construction team was a pleasure to work with, and the work site was left extremely clean. In addition to the replacement of all windows, they also installed hardy board on the outside of a 25 x25 fzmily room. The whole construction experience was very satisfying.

We can highly recommend John Dossier and Nueces Construction as a respectable' competent' cost effective, and user friendly company. We were pleased in 2006 and are still pleased in 2010.

I retained the services of John Dossier and Nueces Construction to redesign and re-landscape the yard around my home at this address to solve a problem of flooding in the house when we had A hard rain.

John came and looked at the job I needed done.....He called in another man who could determine the correct levels of the ground in order to provide the needed drainage.

He gave me a quote and detailed description of the work to be done in my yard.

He arranged for the workmen and work to be done, making sure that the necessary materials were provided when needed.

The work was started promptly ard finished in good time, sooner than expected.

The workmen were polite and tried in every way to do a good job and make sure it was done in away that was pleasing to me. They were neat and clean as they worked and cleaned up the job site when they were finished.

I would say that all work done ana matrials used were of a higfu quality and expertly installed under John's direction.

I would be glad to recommend John and his associates for any job they can do, and feel sure that they would always do satisfactory work.

Nueces Construction has handled several jobs for me in the last few years. The last one that he did was the construction of a garage/storage shed/patio combination.

Needless to say, had we not been pleased, we would not have used them again and again.

John and his crew were great. They were on the job when they said they would be here and they completed everything on schedule. A tropical storm was forecasted during the widow installation so they worked timelessly to get them finishd.

several years after the siding was installed we had a small problem with one piece. We called John and he sent someone out imediately to make the repair. He stood behind his work.

We have reconmmended Nueces Construction to several of our friends, who have also been pleased with the job and workmanship.
